I partner with my husband who has operated a successful Real Estate Appraisal Firm, Navarre Appraisal, for over 30 years. Through this partnership I have unique insight as how lenders would value the property and can advise my clients when the property does sell or my client submits an offer so there are no surprises/problems with the value component of financing. I also have extensive experience and skills in real estate; managing our appraisal business and rental properties along with 10 years in real estate sales. I am currently serving on the Independence Township Board of Review 2021-2024. Ultimately it is pricing and marketing that allows a seller to receive the highest possible price in the shortest possible time. Sharing my knowledge also aids buyers in making solid offers that the market will support. I am a VA Certified Realtor and take great pride in helping our veterans in purchasing a home and educating sellers about VA Loans.
